Working Hours: Within mall operations (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable, energetic, and hands-on Service Crew members to support daily restaurant operations. This role involves cashiering, food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cash float and ensure POS system is ready before operations

• Handle cashiering duties, including order taking and payment processing

• Prepare food and beverages according to company SOP and quality standards

• Ensure all equipment and tools are functioning properly during operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining, kitchen, and service areas

• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation

• Assist with stock checking, inventory replenishment, and storage arrangement

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service at all times

• Support smooth daily operations and teamwork coordination
