Handle data entry and monitor company software systems.
Communicate and coordinate with the China headquarters.
Prepare, organize, and file company documents and employee records.
Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment.
Keep the office clean and organized.
Assist with administrative expenses and asset management.
Receive visitors, answer calls, and handle emails.
Assist with attendance records, leave applications, recruitment, and interview arrangements.
Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
