Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous sales or retail experience will be an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-service oriented.

  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.

  • Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and/or Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

  • Demonstrate and explain product features, designs, and craftsmanship to customers.

  • Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Maintain store presentation and uphold the company’s premium brand image.

  • Build lasting customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
