Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search engines, and in-app promotions to increase app downloads, active users, and retention rates.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to K-pop audiences, including posts, articles, short-form videos, and interactive content. Ensure content aligns with current K-pop trends and fan culture.

Video Production & Short-Form Content

  • Produce and edit videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. Utilize tools such as Canva and CapCut to create high-quality, visually appealing content that drives engagement.

Creative Visual Development

  • Design eye-catching visuals and marketing materials for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

Branding

  • Develop and introduce new branding concepts and campaign motifs to strengthen brand identity. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communications.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the app’s social media presence by planning content calendars, engaging with users, monitoring trends, and responding to community interactions in a timely manner.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and user engagement.

User Acquisition & Growth Marketing

  • Execute performance marketing initiatives, including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and partnership campaigns to drive downloads and expand the user base.

Community Engagement & K-pop Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on K-pop trends, fandom behaviors, and viral content. Leverage insights to create timely campaigns and foster strong community engagement within the app.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with product, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies with app features, updates, and user experience improvements.

App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Optimize app store listings, including visuals, descriptions, and keywords, to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with K-pop influencers, fan communities, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.

Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.

Creative Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of interns to curate, edit, and manage high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with fans.
