Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Million Payroll Software
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative role
Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong communication and liaison skillswith internal teams and external parties
Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive data
Responsibilities
Perform job advertisement, screening, selection & interview
Prepare HR letters and maintain HR policy
Conduct staff orientation and training
Maintain employee database
Calculate salary and process payroll using Million system & Excel
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Liaise with the Government authority, HR related agency and foreign worker agency
Assist Human Resources Executive in day-to-day operations
