Requirements
Minimum SPM
Minimum 1 year of administrative working experience (invoicing / purchasing is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of invoicing and purchase processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to communicate clearly and work well with internal teams
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
Handle purchase orders (PO), supplier follow-ups, and basic procurement coordination
Maintain proper filing and documentation for invoices and purchases
Update records and ensure accuracy in invoicing and purchase data
Coordinate with internal Accounts personnel for billing and payment matters
Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
