Core Food Processing & Production
Processing & Packaging: Accurately process food products, ensuring precise weight measurements, correct packaging, and secure airtight sealing of all finished goods.
Product Labeling & Seal Info: Apply accurate sealing information, batch numbers, and production dates to all finished packages according to company guidelines.
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean manual and electric professional food preparation, processing, and sealing equipment.
SOP Adherence: Strictly follow company recipes and SOP standards during the work process to ensure consistent product standards are met.
Data Tracking: Record daily production batches, weights, and test data, ensuring seamless information sharing with the team.
Safety & Maintenance: Monitor equipment for alarms or malfunctions, execute emergency shut-off procedures when necessary, and report technical issues immediately.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Standards Certification:Ensure daily food processing and packing operations comply withMeSTI, ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
Quality Checks: Verify that every finished item meets strict company standards by inspecting the size, shape, color, exact weight, packaging integrity, and seal quality.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment for food preparation, processing, storage, and repackaging. Sanitize all machinery parts and station workspaces at the end of each shift.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively collaborate with management to refine current workflows and operational SOPs.
Support evolving business needs and strategic priorities through expanded roles as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
Experience & Education
Prior experience in food manufacturing, food processing, production line operations, or packaging is highly preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of, or prior working experience with, food safety and quality frameworks (MeSTI, HALAL, HACCP, GMP, or ISO).
Technical & Operational Skills
Hands-on ability to safely operate manual and electric food processing, weighing, and sealing machinery.
Basic administrative skills to accurately record and track daily production batches, weights, and testing data.
Strong awareness of workplace safety protocols and equipment monitoring.
Soft Skills & Attributes
