Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management or related role.

Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects successfully.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Ensure all project deliverables meet company and client expectations.

Manage project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.

Conduct project meetings and provide leadership to project team members.

Handle issue resolution and escalation management effectively.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
