The Role and Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity 3D models (Architectural, Structural, or MEP) using Autodesk Revit.
• Transform 2D drawings and specifications into data-rich digital assets and execute clash detection & 4D/5D simulations to identify and resolve multidisciplinary conflicts early.
• Work with team members, coordinators and BIM Managers to integrate non-graphical information, including materials and asset data, as to support the project lifecycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on drawings and latest information in ensuring all deliverables meet Level of Development (LOD) requirements and company standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in BIM Modelling.
3. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
4. Understand construction drawings and terms, and knowledge in BIM workflows and a keen eye for detail.
5. Knowledge in computing, proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
6. Good verbal & written communication skills.
7. Passionate, willing to learn and hardworking.
