Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel is a plus)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

1–3 years of accounting experience preferred

Develop financial goals, strategies, and plans, including budgeting, fundraising, and fund allocation

Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; analyze financial data and provide decision-making support

Manage company cash flow, including income/expenditure, forecasting, and risk control to ensure financial stability

Establish and improve accounting systems and financial management policies

Organize and conduct financial audits; monitor internal control systems and identify/resolve financial risks

Identify and assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
