Qualifications
Strong culinary skills with the ability to work independently
Specialization in Cantonese, Hunan, Sichuan, or Fujian cuisine is preferred
Experience in private dining, high-end restaurants, clubs, or hotels is an advantage
Knowledge of food presentation, fine dining, and VIP service standards is preferred
Responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable to flexible working schedules
Able to adapt to overseas working environments and follow company arrangements

Execute dining arrangements for events such as banquets and private gatherings
Provide traveling culinary support for leaders or VIPs when required
Manage kitchen costs and inventory of ingredients
