Requirements
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
Understand clients’ hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals.
Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term collaboration.
Negotiate salary packages and employment terms between clients and candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Achieve recruitment targets and KPI set by the company.
Provide professional consultation and career advice to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.
Responsibilities
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
