Minimum qualifications: SPM/STPM/A Level, Certificate or Diploma

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent communication and listening skills are a MUST

Passionate to work, customer oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and work within a given datelines

Willing to travel frequently (including outstation if required)

Possess own transport (preferred)

Actively identify prospect or potential customers through field visits, events and networking activities

Conduct presentations to small and large audiences (e.g career talks, roadshows, corporate briefings)

Perform door to door outreach and on ground engagement to generate leads and conversions

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients/partners

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and appointments in a timely manner.

Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs set by the company

Represent the company professionally at all times during external engagements

Prepare basic reports on sales activities, leads and conversion performance

Able to work flexible hours when required (e.g events, weekends)
