We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Operations team. This role combines administrative, secretarial, and operational coordination, offering exposure to business operations, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with relevant experience will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management

• Assist in daily operations, including draw-related activities

• Monitor and support sales performance tracking and operational KPIs

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and outlet activities

• Ensure readiness of campaign materials and smooth rollout

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes

• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence

• Maintain proper filing systems and confidential records

• Liaise with internal departments and State Offices for coordination
