Requirements
Plan, create, and execute TikTok content consistently
Stay updated with TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats
Develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging
Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
Collaborate with team members for content ideas and campaigns
Analyse content performance and improve engagement
Work with KOLs or talents when needed
Responsibilities
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or active TikTok accounts are encouraged to apply
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior
Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus
Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content creation, analytics, or social media management
