• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or retail management preferred (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/WMS experience is a bonus.

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Warehouse & Fulfillment

• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.

• Ensure online and B2B orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.

• Support cycle counts and stock audits.

• Oversee upkeep of warehouse facilities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment, racks, and storage systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards (fire safety, pest control, workplace safety).

• Work with external vendors/contractors for facility repairs or upgrades.

Retail Operations

• Coordinate with retail teams on stock replenishment and transfers.

• Track stock-level performance and escalate operational issues.

Logistics & Delivery

• Work with logistics partners and in-house drivers to ensure timely B2B and e-commerce deliveries.

• Track delivery SLAs and resolve exceptions (delays, returns, damages).

• Support cost control initiatives in logistics operations.

Cross-Department Support

• Assist Operations Manager/Management in daily reporting and KPI tracking.

• Help implement new systems and process improvements across operations.

• Prepare weekly updates for management on warehouse, logistics, and retail activities.
