• Able to conduct motivational talks and sales presentations independently.

• Willing to travel and work during weekends/events when required.

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Former MLM leader, trainer, or sales coach.

• Strong social media presence and live-selling capability.

• Able to inspire dealers and create high team momentum.

• Aggressive in achieving sales targets and network expansion.

• Recruit, develop, and support new dealers, affiliates, and MLM leaders.

• Conduct motivational talks, product sharing, business opportunity presentations, and sales training events.

• Build strong relationships with dealers and team leaders nationwide.

• Organise roadshows, seminars, online live sessions, and networking events.

• Train dealers on closing techniques, leadership, recruitment, and duplication systems.

• Monitor dealer sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.

• Assist management in planning sales campaigns, incentives, and growth strategies.

• Travel across Malaysia for dealer support and business expansion activities.

• Work closely with marketing and operation teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

• Represent TDC professionally during public events and dealer engagements.
