Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and plans to achieve sales revenue targets and maximize market share in Malaysia.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and after sales operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and inform decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, adapting sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
