Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital campaign management.
Familiar with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization.
Experience managing or supporting e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, website stores) is an advantage.
Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
Define campaign objectives (sales, lead generation, brand awareness) in alignment with company goals.
2. Social Media & Content Management
Schedule and manage content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Work closely with the content and design teams to produce high-impact marketing materials.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and evaluate ROI using tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPI targets.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
Ensure the company website is consistently updated and optimized for search engines (SEO-friendly).
Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques to improve search rankings.
5. E-Commerce & Sales Platforms
Manage promotional campaigns on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and the company’s e-commerce website.
Support sales initiatives including flash sales, bundle offers, affiliate marketing, and special campaigns.
6. Marketing Strategy Development
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
Propose creative, data-driven, and effective promotional strategies to enhance business performance.
