Requirements
Experience in restaurant or customer service
Good communication skills
Able to lead and manage staff
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Can handle customer complaints
Able to work weekends, and holidays
Responsible and organized
Knows how to use POS/cash register systems
Responsibilities
Handle cashier duties such as handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers and issue billing to customer
Handle petty cash claim by all staff
Communicate all the ingredients (season, taste, uniqueness and etc) to customer
Communicate with customer to understand their needs
Ensure food quality, communicate and double check with kitchen on food of the day before serving to customer
Handle customer complaints, direct to chef to think of solutions, report to Floor Manager/Assistant Floor Manager/Operation Manager/Managing Director
Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure staff compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Assists Manager/Assistant Manager in arrange for rest day
Assists in order, check and manage inventory from suppliers (liquors/other miscellaneous items)
Assists manager/assistant manager to take charge of daily operational matters to ensure smooth flow of operations
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
