Requirements and Skills
Well understanding of Malaysia labour law, disciplinary procedures and can write and speak Mandarin, English and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or any HR position.
Experience handling foreign workers / labour-intensive workforce environment
Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Familiarity with CIDB, HRDF / HRDC processes
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Diploma or Bachelor in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field.
HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) and further related training will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support compensation and benefits programs.
Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and facilitating communication between management and employees.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating employee wages, overtime, and other payments.
Handle all foreigners permit renewals, agency agreements renewals and extensions, and salary administration.
Handle foreign worker administration (CIDB compliance, permit management, documentation & coordination)
Manage HRDF / HRDC training claims and coordination
Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing for blue-collar / factory / foreign workers roles
