Able to work in rotating shifts (9am-6pm | 6pm-2am)
Proficiency in fast-typing and written Chinese & English
Patient, friendly, independent, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
1. Demonstrating responsibility and a serious attitude towards learning.
2. Handling online inquiries and email communications from customers, providing professional consultation services based on customer needs, promptly understanding customer issues, and delivering correct and satisfactory responses.
3. Answering customer queries, understanding and addressing customer needs, and promptly communicating/feedback to immediate supervisors.
4. Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
