Requirements
Degree in Computer Studies, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or equivalent
Must have at least 1 year of information technology experience
Communication – Strong in spoken and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia
Personality – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and IT personnel. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain patient and empathetic when dealing with end-users
Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, VB, etc) and databases
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently
Experience with warehouse and logistics
Responsibilities
Provide daily support and maintenance for corporate systems and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user requests within SLA
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when needed
Manage user access, roles, and ensure system security compliance
Support users with system guidance and respond to queries promptly
Maintain documentation, user guides, and support reports
Assist with support during month-end and year-end processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations
