Job Description

Requirements

  • Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not required

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays

  • Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

  • Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards

  • Manage and oversee assigned kitchen section operations

  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen workflow

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and ingredient preparation

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

  • Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient handling

  • Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, and operational procedures at all times
