Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales / retail experience
Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Familiar with POS system, stock receiving and invoicing
Experience in cashier handling and cash balancing
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to coordinate and manage daily team workflow
Knowledge of retail operations and sales reporting
Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
Manage daily retail outlet operations smoothly
Receiving, processing and organizing incoming goods / deliveries
Monitor stock levels, stock arrangement and replenishment
Prepare invoices, quotations and POS transactions accurately
Supervise cashier operations and daily cash closing
Ensure outlet cleanliness, product display and proper merchandising
Coordinate staff attendance, discipline and daily task arrangement
Track sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
Handle customer issues professionally and maintain good customer satisfaction
Ensure all daily opening and closing procedures are completed properly
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by employer / superior
