Requirements
Minimum qualification SPM.
Minimum 5 years experience in any servicing environments preferably in an operational healthcare setting.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or its equivalent.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Personable, responsible, mature, sensitive, confident and well presented.
Highly motivated with a sincere commitment to quality improvement.
Excellent team player, coordinator and facilitator.
Able to portray an image of high quality of the hospital to the Patients and/or Visitors.
Must be able to deal with staff at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To assist patients obtain solutions to their problems, concerns and current needs.
2) JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive and register patients at the clinic counter.
Ensure all the case notes and prescriptions are prepared prior to consultation session.
Takes patient vital signs, weight and height for relevant clinic.
Send patients for admission or Lab / x-ray investigations.
Prepare lab / x-ray request form when necessary.
Note Lab /x-ray results to doctor and file in patient case notes.
Arrange bed booking for patient admission.
To manage the preferred Card application, renewal and data are accurate and updated.
To ensure smooth traffic flow at the main entrance (lobby) by assisting guests with timely service through outpatient portering services, valet service and clear directions to be respective destination in the hospital.
Involve in budget planning and manages manpower planning & scheduling, floor management, staff productivity & efficiency, and manage costs/expenses incurred by the Customer Services.
Conformance to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S, Planetree, JCI and / or Hospital Accreditation requirements.
Ensure that all staff is competent to carry put their required duties.
Check and monitor staff doing their routine and overtime duties. There should be no abuse in overtime claims.
To ensure the department layout and environment is conducive and well equipped for normal job functions.
To ensure that all information is updated to reflect the current status of the hospital facilities and services.
Prompt and effective action in taking corrective measures in cases of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S, Planetree, JCI and / or Hospital Accreditation non-conformance.
Achievement of satisfactory department performance on the external and internal audits.
Responsible and accountable to achieve the needs of the patient’s and family’s rights at all times.
To ensure compliance at all points of engagement at all times.
To adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP) at all times.
To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by the General Manager.
Receives and greet patients in their own clinic counter.
Maintain courtesy and politeness in customer service.
Answer phone call promptly and relay messages.
