• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and local regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail, organized, and responsible
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience handling SME accounts
• Familiar with SST / basic tax compliance
• Experience with payment scheduling and vendor management
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a PLUS)

Job Summary : We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Kota Damansara. The successful candidate will take full ownership of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our full-set accounts and maintaining strict compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing monthly financial reports, management accounts, and schedules
• Support the Accounts Manager with financial analysis, cash flow monitoring, and reporting
• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Manage invoicing, payment tracking, reimbursements, and expenses
• Ensure timely submission of SST, tax-related documents, and statutory reports
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and vendors when required (under the guidance of the Accounts Manager)
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing system
• Assist in payment scheduling and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
