Minimum GCE O’ Level or Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MYOB.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of shipping clearance and international shipping regulations.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Receive, check, and record incoming shipments accurately.

Verify quantities, perform basic functional checks, and label products correctly.

Maintain warehouse organization and safety using 5S principles.

Conduct regular inventory checks, update stock records, and assist in audits.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to shipping requirements.

Liaise with logistics vendors and freight forwarding companies to ensure timely delivery and competitive rates.

Prepare shipping documents required for export clearance.

Perform simple product installation or assembly tasks as needed.

Support ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
