Requirements
A Vehicle Claim Estimator inspects damaged vehicled to create accurate repair cost estimates, including parts, labour and paint.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough physical inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of structural, mechanical, or interior damage.
Estimate Generation: To conduct detailed repair cost estimates, including labor, parts, and painting costs.
Insurance Coordination: Review policies to determine coverage, ensure claims are not fraudulent, and calculate total loss values.
Negotiation & Communication: Liaise with claimants, repair facilities, and insurance providers to discuss repairs and settle claims.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and industry regulations.
