Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts;

Memorize manuals and explain the menu to customers;

Maintain a friendly attitude and communicate effectively with customers, meeting their needs appropriately;

Perform all service position roles according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;

Specialization in F&B is advantageous;

Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
