Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales administration or coordination is an advantage
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word & email, SQL software, AutoCAD) added advantage
- Responsible, organized and able to multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Candidate need to report on site.
- Work Location: Nearby Suntex batu 9 & batu 11 Cheras, Taman Bukit Permai ,Ampang Cheras
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operation and support sales team
- Prepare quotation, sales order, invoice and delivery arrangement
- follow up with customers on orders, delivery status and payments
- Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing and account department
- Update customer records and sales data in system
