Requirements
At least professional certification and above in HR/ Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field.
At least 3 years of payroll experience.
Proficient in Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft excel.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance (Malaysia preferred).
Experience in BPO/HR outsourcing is an advantage.
Proficient in payroll systems and HRIS.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Summary of Job Role
Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for HR outsourcing clients. This role combines hands-on payroll expertise with team leadership.
Job Description
Responsible to perform the full spectrum of payroll functions such as processing wages, statutory submission, annual tax filing, payroll adjustments, and other related matters.
Review and approve payroll outputs in accordance to agreed protocol, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage annual payroll activities including EA Form preparation/review and Form E submission.
Act as escalation point for complex payroll issues and client's queries.
Ensure compliance with up to date statutory regulations and support audits.
Maintain data accuracy in payroll/HRIS systems.
Drive process improvements.
Cross collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Prepare payroll reports, analysis, and support financial reconciliation.
Perform ad-hoc work when assigned.
