Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service to business banking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, transactions, loans, and other banking products and services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from business clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and closure procedures, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Process various banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant banking solutions and services to enhance their banking experience.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as credit, operations, and compliance, to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on bank products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed guidance to clients.
Adhere to all security and confidentiality policies to protect customer information and prevent fraud.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge in business banking and customer service.
Responsibilities

Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Assist business clients with account opening, maintenance, and transaction inquiries, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools to enhance their banking experience and reduce call volume.
Process customer requests such as fund transfers, bill payments, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant business banking products and services based on customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including relationship managers and operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, particularly those related to data privacy and security in financial transactions.
Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and service efficiency.
