Requirements
SPM / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Manufacturing, Construction or Building Material related field.
Experience in construction and concrete industry is an advantage.
At lease 2 years working experience.
Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, basic reporting).
Good communication / liaise with supplies in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Assist in the smooth operation of the purchasing department.
Source suppliers, manage purchase orders, review quality, monitor inventory, negotiable pricing and track market trends for cost-saving opportunities (Material / Equipment / Services, etc.).
Assess supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with internal teams, prepare procurement reports, and provide status updates on material / equipment / assets availability.
Coordinate with Operation Department on matter of delivery for material / equipment / services.
Plan purchases strictly according to timeline & approved budget.
Handle & verify supplier invoices and reconcile inventory.
Perform any ad-hoc assigned by the superior.
