Requirements

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field of studies.

  • Good initiative, result-oriented, sales-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work hard and be flexible, going extra miles to achieve set goal.

  • Experience in recruiting/sourcing background will be added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and on the job training will be provided

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients.

  • Understanding clients’ business and identifying their recruitment needs.

  • Provide good customer service and build good rapport with clients and candidates.

  • Perform search of candidates through database and various recruitment channels.

  • Sheer commitment to achieve activity and sales KPIs.
