Requirements
• SPM / Diploma / Degree + 1-2 years CS Experience (emails live chat calls and preferably BPO)
• B2 Eng + Mandarin + Cantonese
Responsibilities
Answers phone calls, emails and Chat from Customers on Social Media.
Answer Customer enquires and resolve Customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Help Customers with issues related to the service and solve the customer's problems to the best of your ability.
