Requirements
- Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not required
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments via POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, counter, and kitchen area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Support daily café operations during peak hours in a fast-paced environment
