• Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of direct experience
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, both orally and in writing.
• Advance with computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office.

Customer Support Admin

• Answer customer enquiries about products and services
• Process orders and prepare quotations/invoices
• Follow up on order and job status until completion
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Prepare sales orders and job sheets
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
• Support daily customer service operations
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Operation Admin

• Prepare and check invoices
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery arrangements
• Upload customer payment slips for verification
• Inform customers when orders are ready for collection
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and messages
• Arrange deliveries and courier services
• Support logistics and daily operational tasks
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers or courier services
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior
