Degree in Science, Law, Business Administration or related field

2–3 years working experience — regulatory affairs, legal, supply chain or related field preferred

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin — written and spoken (all three required)

Strong research, documentation and analytical skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with real accountability

Interest or prior exposure to the health supplement or cosmetic industry is an advantage

Sourcing or vendor management experience is a plus

Support product registration and regulatory submissions across multiple international markets

Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and regulatory authorities on product compliance matters

Prepare and maintain product documentation, regulatory dossiers and compliance records

Assist in sourcing and evaluating new ingredients, materials and suppliers

Support cross-functional coordination across operations, marketing and management teams

Handle ad hoc regulatory, compliance and product-related matters as they arise

Conduct research on regulatory requirements, ingredient claims and industry developments
