Requirements
- 欢迎应届毕业生或无相关工作经验者申请（公司提供完善培训）。
- 具备 B2B 销售 或 户外销售（Outdoor Sales） 经验者优先考虑。
- 能熟练使用本地语言沟通，具备华语能力者更佳，以便处理工作沟通需求。
- 拥有商业管理、市场营销或相关领域的 文凭（Diploma）或学士学位（Degree）。
- 具备良好的 英语及华语 沟通能力。
- 拥有良好的沟通与谈判技巧。
- 具备优秀的人际关系及沟通能力。
- 积极主动、充满活力、目标导向，并拥有正面的工作态度。
- 能够独立工作，并在较少监督下完成任务。
- 必须拥有个人交通工具及有效驾驶执照。
- 愿意从事户外销售及客户拜访工作。
- 愿意经常在马来西亚各地出差；如能接受海外出差者更佳。
- Fresh graduates / candidates without working experience are welcome (training provided)
- Prefer candidates with B2B / outdoor sales experience (added advantage)
- Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Required skill: Communication & negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess own transportation
- Required to conduct outdoor sales / field sales activities
- Willing to travel within Malaysia extensively; overseas travel is an added advantage
Responsibilities
负责指定区域内塑胶注塑机械（Plastic Injection Machinery）的销售推广工作，积极开发新客户及维护现有客户关系，以达成公司制定的销售目标。
积极参与本地及海外的市场推广活动，包括产品研讨会、展览会及贸易展览等，提升品牌曝光率并发掘潜在商机。
负责准备专业的销售方案、报价及相关提案，并持续跟进潜在客户，推动业务成交。同时为客户提供产品资讯、技术咨询及解答相关疑问，协助客户选择最符合需求的产品方案。
此外，需负责销售后的客户跟进工作，包括订单协调、客户关系维护及应收账款（Customer Collection）跟进，确保款项及时回收并维持良好的客户合作关系。
Drive Sales activities for plastic injection machinery within the designated region.
Achieve the sales targets established by management.
Actively participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows, both locally and internationally.
Prepare persuasive proposals and diligently follow up with potential clients
Assist customers in finding products, providing information and answering inquiries
To follow up the customer collection.
