Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Business, IT or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management.

Cerification in PMP, Scrum Master or Agile Project Management.

Proven experience in managing SaaS, software, enterprise system projects.

Exposure to HRMS, payroll system, ERP or enterprise applications.

Ability to manage cross-functional team without direct authority.

Strong planning, prioritisation and communication skills.

Plan, manage, and track HRMS SaaS projects across multiple modules.

Ensure project delivery according to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep the project on track.

Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, status updates.

Manage external vendors, consultants, implementation partners supporting HRMS development or delivery.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with project objectives and quality expectations.

Identify project risks, resources constraints early. Develop mitigation plan and escalate issue when required.

Provide clear, structured project updates to management and stakeholders.

Establish and improve project management frameworks, tools and governance suitable for SaaS startup.
