Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience will have an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and accounting documentation is preferred.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting System is an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills; Pivot Table knowledge is a plus.
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, stable, honest, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude, good follow-up ability, and willing to improve continuously.
- Able to express thoughts clearly and work carefully with accuracy.
- Grateful, honest, and responsible in handling work.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily Accounts Department operations, including AP and AR.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Handle invoices, collections, supplier payments, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and monthly stock take reports.
- Ensure accounting entries are posted accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper accounting records, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks when required.
