1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience

Responsibilities
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers while providing professional customer support.
Identify new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, market research, and follow-up on sales leads.
Promote company products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents while following up on enquiries and orders.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets by carrying out regular sales and business development activities.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales support when needed.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and reports.
Attend meetings, product training, exhibitions, and other company activities to improve product knowledge.
Carry out all sales activities professionally and represent the company positively at all times.
