Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing or furniture design

Experience: Proven experience minimum 2–5 years in sales, customer service, well understand sales activities or furniture

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, Persuasion, and closing abilities

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva Design & Auto Cat

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, relationship-building, and active listening skills in language English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Attributes: Self-motivated, Proactive, Teamwork, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

Logistics: Valid driver’s license often required for outside sales/travel

Client Acquisition: Developing new customer, new business leads and identifying prospective clients through cold calling, appointment site visit, networking, and industry research

Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction

Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas and KPIs

Presentation & Negotiation: Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close sales

Market Analysis: Brainstorm competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies

Reporting: Updating CRM systems, tracking sales activity, and forecasting targets

Product Knowledge: Maintaining deep knowledge of industry trends and product specifications
