Requirements
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent).
Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction works, road & highway maintenance.
Demonstrated understanding and application of construction management principles and practices.
Experience in site supervision, including coordinating site activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
Proficiency in documentation management, including maintaining project records, reports, and correspondence.
Familiarity with material procurement processes and managing supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project management documentation for site meetings, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Assist in attending site meetings
Assist in project documentation and paperwork
Handle and maintain proper documentation
Monitor and follow up on project status and project schedules
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Perform other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management

Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders
Support ad-hoc coordination and administrative tasks
