Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate 1-2 years of practical experience in procurement, inventory control, or a similar role within the supply chain or logistics sector.
Proficiency in inventory management principles and practices, including stocktaking, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Experience with procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and managing purchase orders.
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and the ability to contribute to optimizing logistical operations.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all inventory and procurement-related tasks, minimizing discrepancies and errors.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured approach to inventory and procurement workflows.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and management.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication within the team and with local stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant software and systems for inventory management and procurement is a plus.
岗位职责
Inventory Support:
Assist with monthly stock takes across all outlets.
Monitor stock levels and update records in the system accurately and promptly.
Conduct daily beef stock balance checks.
Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO) and storage conditions are maintained.
Coordinate with outlets and suppliers regarding stock replenishment and delivery schedules.
Prepare and maintain stock-related documentation and filing records.
Support inventory control activities to minimize wastage and stock variance.
Procurement Support:
Receive weekly beef deliveries together with the designated person in charge.
Assist in receiving deliveries at HQ office and central kitchen including food, beverages, and non-food products.
Support in sourcing items upon request.
Maintain updated item prices in the system.
Prepare purchase orders and order lists with suppliers.
Verify delivered items against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and quality.
Monitor stock availability and inform relevant departments on low stock items.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of procurement and delivery records.
Assist in cost control and sourcing alternative products when necessary.
Supplier Coordination:
Maintain positive working relationships with all suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and order status updates.
System & Cost Control:
Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support cost control processes for each outlet.
