Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently into relevant systems, potentially including AutoCount.

  • Handle general office management duties such as maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, showcasing problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

  • Process and manage documentation related to the collection and supply of empty inkjet and toner cartridges, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails, ensuring timely distribution to relevant personnel.

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information.

  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring efficient stock levels.

  • Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners, and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

  • Support the team with basic accounting tasks using AutoCount, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.

  • Contribute to a positive and organized office environment through effective office management practices.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative projects.
