Requirements
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently into relevant systems, potentially including AutoCount.
Handle general office management duties such as maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, showcasing problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Process and manage documentation related to the collection and supply of empty inkjet and toner cartridges, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.
Contribute to a positive and organized office environment through effective office management practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative projects.
