Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Experience in handling construction site activities and project coordination.

Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site supervision.

Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (added advantage).

Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities at site to ensure work progress is carried out according to project schedule, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Ensure project activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety requirements.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely project completion.

Prepare and submit site reports, progress reports, method statements, and related project documentation.

Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on project matters.

Monitor material usage, site manpower, and work progress to optimize project efficiency.

Assist in resolving technical and site issues during project execution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, local authority requirements, and safety regulations.

Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities with consultants and clients.

Review and verify construction drawings and technical documents before implementation at site.

Support project manager in project coordination, budgeting, and cost control activities.
