• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred
• Familiarity with trading & construction accounts is a high advantage
• Familiar with basic accounting procedures, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Able to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
• Multi Language in Spoken & Writing , knowing mandarin is high advantage
• Only welcome Malaysian Citizenship, aged 23 - 40

• Handle daily accounting functions including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and receipt recording

• Knowledge & experience to handle Trading & Construction Account is high advantage

• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules

• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and filing system

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing

• Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters

• Support finance and administrative duties as assigned by management

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
