Requirements
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of sales experience in the stamping hardware or related manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successful customer acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities.
Knowledge of metal stamping processes and products is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers in the automotive, electronics, and other relevant industries.
Utilize market research, industry events, and online platforms to build a robust lead pipeline.
Cold - call, email, and network to establish initial contact with prospects and convert them into customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Foster strong, long - term relationships with existing customers.
Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality control, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Sales Target Achievement
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
